Scholarship applicants are required to be members of the Association for Linen Management organization. Only complete applications will be considered.

A complete application includes the following:
– Completed application (lower portion of this page)
– 500 word essay
– A letter of recommendation from applicant’s direct supervisor
– A letter of recommendation from a member of their chapter, if chapter membership applies

Essays will be reviewed based on educational need (based on current responsibilities and goals), activity in ALM (membership, involvement, and participation), financial need (employer support and ability to pay), initiative (engagement in continuing education), and overall presentation (clarity and quality of the essay).
