Program Overview

You added linen and the availability problem didn’t go away. Raising par levels rarely fixes it, because the real issue is a system no one can see clearly enough to fix. Linen piles up in some places and vanishes in others, handoffs have no clear owner, and the linen manager is rarely in the room when product and budget decisions get made. This working session helps healthcare linen leaders see where the system is leaking and build the case to fix it.

check mark Map the linen system across all eight stages and mark where visibility fails.
check mark Calculate soil-to-clean ratio and read it against ALM’s 6-15% benchmark.
check mark Pinpoint accumulation points and ownership gaps driving loss.
check mark Build a total-cost-of-ownership case for product and process decisions.
check mark Name a 90-day decision where participants will have a seat at the table.
