LinenTech has launched LinenAI, an AI assistant built into the LinenTech platform. Commercial laundry owners and managers can ask a question about their own operation in plain English and get an answer back in seconds.

It was built around one complaint. Owners want to use AI. But the general tools ask them to export and upload reports first, and the answer that comes back often has nothing to do with what is happening on the floor.
