Call for Presentations Submission Form
The Association for Linen Management is seeking proposals for educational presentations for the 2027 Webinar Series and IMPACT Conference, as well as fresh article submissions for Fresh magazine, from all types of members—including vendors, laundry operators, linen distribution professionals, infection preventionists, and linen consumers.

Guidelines for Presenters
ALM’s educational programs are designed to provide valuable information and insight for industry professionals. We know the success of our programs is largely dependent on the expertise and willingness of members like you. We appreciate your interest in submitting a program idea for consideration.
The promotion of vendor member products and services during ALM educational sessions is limited to utilization of company logo within opening and closing slide of the PowerPoint presentation.
Speakers selected to present at an in-person event will be responsible for travel and lodging costs, however, they may be eligible for discounted or complimentary registration fees.
Education Program Goals
Overall goals of 2027 education program will include sessions that cover, but are not limited to the following:
- Showcase opportunities for operational improvement/process improvement
- Innovation & Technological Advancement in the industry
- Leadership
- Demonstrate utilization of benchmark metrics
- Address practices in linen management
- Provide unique or novel approaches to solve ongoing issues in laundry or linen management
- Address labor/employee management/recruitment/engagement
- Inform of emerging industry crises or opportunities
Selection Criteria
It is our goal to build a pool of quality speakers to diversify the programs offered. However, ALM reserves the right to utilize non-member speakers and repeat speakers and/or topics based on these two paramount selection criteria:
- Topic meets needs identified by the Education Committee or Board of Directors and/or provides educational value to the primary attendees anticipated at the event.
- Presenter’s speaking skills and experience (speaker evaluations, references, feedback from previous audience) will be used in the selection process.
- Presentations that incorporate audience participation/engagement will be given priority consideration.
