Diamond Chemical has officially acquired Nyco Products Company, uniting two historic businesses with over 200 years of combined industry experience.

By bringing together our coastal operations with Nyco’s impressive Midwest manufacturing footprint, we are creating a truly national provider of commercial, institutional, industrial cleaning solutions and specialty chemical products. But beyond the operational expansion, this represents a true union of two deeply aligned cultures.

As we mark this milestone, we want to take a special moment to recognize Bob Stahurski, who is retiring as CEO of Nyco. For the past 40 years, Bob has been an exceptional leader and a dedicated steward of Nyco’s century-long legacy. He cultivated a culture defined by quality, reliability, and deep loyalty to his customers. It is a massive responsibility to take over a business with that kind of history, and it is an honor that Bob has trusted Diamond to carry the torch forward.
