Who Should Take the RLLD Exam?
Directors, general managers, or those with experience in middle management of a laundry with an aptitude for higher levels of responsibility are candidates for the RLLD exam.
If you are a manager or supervisor working in middle management, the Certified Laundry and Linen Manager (CLLM) certification exam is likely the best choice for you.
Program Requirements
No specific training is required to sit for the examination. Preparation can be obtained through on-the-job training, attending training programs on industry practice, educational materials, and/or classroom training. ALM's Laundry & Linen College is excellent training for the RLLD examination, but is not required.
