KENNER, LA – Pellerin Milnor Corporation has announced a series of leadership changes within its sales team aimed at accelerating the company’s growth plans. These appointments follow the recent naming of Rick Kelly to Chief Operations Officer at the company, from his previous position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing Administration.

Brock Pellerin steps into the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing – North America. In this position, Pellerin will oversee sales programs for the nearly 80-year-old company’s full line of machinery. Pellerin had been working as a Vice President in the sales department with specific responsibilities with certain accounts. He has been working at Milnor for more than 20 years. This new role provides him with greater overview of a wider range of programs.

 

 

 

 

Gary Gauthier moves into the position of North America Sales and Marketing Manager at Milnor. Gauthier will be directly responsible for Milnor’s North American dealer network and for the company’s various marketing programs, including communications and sales programs. Gauthier is a nearly 30-year employee at Milnor, with an extensive background in sales, marketing and advertising.

 

 

 

 

Ricky Munch becomes the National Accounts and Sales Operations Manager at Milnor. A 25-year veteran of the company, Munch will continue managing the company’s growing national accounts program and will be working directly with dealers in the field. Additionally, Munch will help oversee the interaction between Milnor’s sales and manufacturing systems, ensuring speed, clarity and accountability within the company’s processes. Munch has held a range of positions at the company with responsibilities in equipment order-entry, sales administration and sales support.
