Nationwide Voting Launches for ImageFIRST’s 2nd Annual ServiceSTARS Contest

$8,250 in prizes to be awarded to hospitality professionals for representing the best in guest experience.

(King of Prussia, PA)—ImageFIRST® proudly announces the launch of nationwide voting for its 2nd Annual ServiceSTARS Contest, recognizing hospitality professionals who go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience. Following an overwhelming number of nomination submissions and heartwarming stories submitted by associates, the ServiceSTARS judging panel selected 10 finalists. Voting is now open to the public from September 22 – October 3, 2025, at stars.imagefirst.com.   

Hospitality professionals play an instrumental role in shaping memorable moments for their guests. Their dedication goes beyond routine duties and adds value to the overall guest experience. ServiceSTARS is a tribute to those who elevate everyday interactions and consistently reflect the highest standards of hospitality.

ImageFIRST’s Hospitality sector offers specialized programs and services in select markets, including Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, and Nevada. The contest features finalists across these regions who have been identified by ImageFIRST’s Service Team members and Customer Advocates for their exceptional service in the hospitality industry. These 10 individuals are now featured on ImageFIRST’s contest website for a nationwide vote. 

The 2025 ServiceSTARS finalists include:

  • Philippe Boutinet, Philippe French Bakery in Fort Collins, CO 
  • Kim Merrell, Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas, NV 
  • Julie Odle, Golden Nugget in Cripple Creek, CO 
  • Bhati Patel, Flying Horse Resort & Club in Colorado Springs, CO 
  • Dan Philip, Governor’s Inn in Rochester, NH 
  • John Sethney, Verde in Boulder, CO 
  • Elizabeth Thibodeau, Point Sebago in Casco, ME 
  • Glory Wells, Wanda J’s Next Generation in Tulsa, OK 
  • Arturo Zepeda, Cruise America in Las Vegas, NV 

Now through October 3rd, the public can cast their vote for the hospitality professional that inspires them the most. Following the nationwide vote, the top four Stars with the most votes will be awarded prizes, totaling $8,250 for representing the best in guest experience.
