ImageFIRST Launches 2nd Annual ServiceSTARS Contest to Honor Outstanding Hospitality Professionals

10 finalists to be recognized nationally for representing the best in guest experience

(King of Prussia, PA)—ImageFIRST® is excited to announce the return of its 2nd Annual ServiceSTARS Contest, a national campaign recognizing exceptional hospitality professionals who go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience. SerivceSTARS celebrates individuals who align closely with ImageFIRST’s Values – Be Safe, Be Honest, Be Respectful and most of all, Be Remarkable.
ImageFIRST’s Hospitality sector offers specialized programs and services in select markets, including Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, and Las Vegas (NV). Across these regions, nominations are currently underway by ImageFIRST Service Team members and Customer Advocates – more than 100 nominees are expected. Ten exceptional finalists will be selected and featured in a national online vote. The top four Stars with the most votes will receive prizes totaling $8,250 for representing the best in service excellence.

“ServiceSTARS recognizes ImageFIRST hospitality customers who embody the essence of our Service Vision, which is To create a positive moment with every interaction,” says ImageFIRST Oklahoma General Manager Catherine Smith. “We are in a unique position – our Customer Advocates and District Service Managers witness our customers at work each and every week, which means every nominee consistently exceeds expectations as they aim to enhance their guests’ experience. Their dedication reflects the core values of our organization. We’re honored to celebrate their impact and highlight our shared focus on service excellence.”

Following a nationwide vote, last year’s ServiceSTARS contest awarded the top four winners, with Jarred West of Bartlesville, OK being the first-place winner. “I have been greatly impacted by the ServiceSTARS contest, which reminded me that, regardless of what happens in this world, my service matters,” said West. “What I do matters. All I ever wanted to do in this world matters. I am incredibly grateful to ImageFIRST and to each voter for showing me that I matter. Thank you!”

ImageFIRST Customer Advocates have the opportunity to connect with customers on a weekly basis. They witness the efforts of hospitality professionals firsthand as they dedicate themselves to providing exceptional guest experiences. ImageFIRST is proud to honor customers through the ServiceSTARS campaign and will celebrate finalists in the coming weeks.

Nationwide voting opens Wednesday, September 17th, and remains open until 11:59 pm ET on Friday, October 3rd. Winners will be announced on Monday, October 13th.
