Company Recognized for Community Impact, Communication Excellence, and Associate Leadership

(King of Prussia, PA)—ImageFIRST®, the leading healthcare linen services provider, has earned multiple honors in the 2026 Textile Rental Services Association (TRSA) Awards.

ImageFIRST was named a Silver-level recipient of TRSA’s 2026 Company Community Service Award. The honor recognizes the impact of the company’s community giving efforts, including its Annual Giving Campaign. In 2024, ImageFIRST associates raised a record of $218,416. With the company match, total contributions reached $436,831.

These initiatives supported more than 100 nonprofit organizations nationwide, including Rise Against Hunger, Ronald McDonald House, Back on My Feet, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Autism Society, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, among many others.

“These honors are a direct reflection of our associates and the pride they take in serving others,” said ImageFIRST CEO Edward H. Orzetti. “When our people live Our Purpose The ImageFIRST Way, the impact reaches well beyond our company and strengthens the communities we serve.”

The company also earned the 2026 TRSA Newsletter Effectiveness Award for its monthly LinkedIn newsletter. The newsletter was designed to deliver value beyond company updates, sharing ImageFIRST products and services while elevating stories about customers, associates, and the communities they serve.

In addition to companywide recognition, two ImageFIRST associates were individually honored by TRSA.

North Carolina General Manager Nytsa Saayfan received an Honorable Mention for the Company Community Service Award. After relocating to High Point, North Carolina, Nytsa launched a local walking group in Kannapolis called Girls Who Walk. The group has grown to more than 5,000 members, with weekly walks that bring women together for connection and support of local businesses.

Chicago Maintenance Supervisor Rodvin Castellanos-Meza was named a Silver-level recipient of TRSA’s 2026 Above & Beyond Service Award. He was recognized for his service leadership and positive impact within ImageFIRST as a 2024 Council of Excellence honoree. Safety remains his top priority, and he ensures all equipment functions properly so associates can work efficiently and safely. Through hands-on coaching and development, he has built a respected and high-performing Maintenance team that consistently delivers strong results, including completing a high volume of preventive maintenance while maintaining a 95.18% performance rate for the year.
