No. While the data can be filtered, there must be at least five laundries in the data set or the information will not be shown on the report. The data cannot be filtered down to a level that an individual laundry can be identified.

It can only be accessed by an authorized, independent third party that ALM has engaged to manage the platform. ALM staff will not have access to your data.

Yes. We’ll generate aggregate industry benchmarking reports, but we need to wait until there is enough data to be reliable.

Yes. You can copy your data and then update it.

Yes. You can assign different sections to team members. Review the Survey Questions Workbook for more information of the sections. Be aware, all staff you sign up for access to the platform will be able to see the data from the other sections. You can adjust staff permissions at any time.
