RICHMOND, Ky., July 17, 2017—Laundry and linen industry professionals can earn their Certified Laundry and Linen Manager (CLLM) in weeks rather than months! The Association for Linen Management (ALM) has CLLM Review sessions scheduled across the U.S. and Canada.

CLLM Review sessions are two-and-a-half days of training, where attendees can gain insight to the CLLM course material to help prepare for the certification exam. By attending in-person classes, attendees are able to tap into the knowledge and experience of seasoned industry professionals through collaborative learning and shared ideas and solutions.

“Laundry processors, customer service managers, laundry/linen sales professionals, and linen distribution personnel would benefit from these sessions,” said Linda Fairbanks, executive director of ALM. “Some prefer an interactive method of learning rather than independent self-study, and we are happy to provide that interaction through these opportunities.”

The CLLM Review covers everything in the CLLM Program manual, the Essential Guide to Laundry & Linen Management, which CLLM enrollees have 12 months to learn prior to taking the exam. However, by attending a Review session, these same professionals are able to focus over just a few days instead of taking months.

“Attending a Review session saves valuable time,” said Cindy Molko, president of the ALM Board of Directors. “By reviewing the material over two days, the information is top-of-mind for the exam, which is available at the end of the Review session.”

“ALM’s CLLM Review session was very interactive and allowed me to gain a wealth of knowledge about the importance of our profession by interacting with other industry leaders and front-line employees,” said Jonathan Tucker, a previous CLLM Review participant. “I was able to bring back ideas and opportunities for growth and strategic process improvements.”

CLLM Review session attendees must be enrolled in the CLLM Program to participate. Full details of the CLLM Program, as well as the CLLM Review session dates, locations, and registration information, are available at
