IMPACT Conference 2020
IMPACT Colorado 2020

IMPACT Colorado 2020

IMPACT 2020 is now a hybrid event, meaning it will be available both in-person and virtually November 2-4! For three days, learn from industry experts and network with colleagues, no matter where you are.

Why Go Hybrid?

Because so many conferences and meetings in the textile care industry have been cancelled due to the pandemic, we consider it our proud duty to provide this opportunity to share information, thoughts, and best practices as we all find new ways to move forward through these times.

What does "virtually" mean?

You can participate where you are, on your schedule, without missing out! All you need is an internet connection, ideas, and enthusiasm! If you can't view sessions live due to other responsibilities, or you are torn between concurrent sessions, it's no problem. All sessions will be recorded and available to all paid attendees after the conference to watch when time allows. Also, the first 50 virtual attendees are guaranteed a goody bag with games, yummy treats, and fun delivered directly to you!

But what if I want to attend in-person?

That's great! We welcome you to join us in Colorado, and want you to be assured we will follow current guidance and recommendations to provide an educational and networking experience with additional safety measures for your comfort. The Broadmoor has also put extended measures in place.

Conference Schedule

General Session

/Omniscience/ having complete or unlimited knowledge, awareness, or understanding; perceiving all things

Imagine a word where negotiating could be done in a state of omniscience? Knowing all of the outcomes of each possible decision. Knowing the requisite terms of the other parties. Knowing what factors are non-essential.

While true omniscience may be unattainable, having the insight to view decision making through the eyes of others is within reach. Identify the “real value” from the perspective of a value analysis professional, a laundry manager, a hospital administrator, a linen manager, and a laundry processor by hearing their perspective on all things textiles.
