Francesca Foster

Francesca Foster, is currently the Project Assistant for Walt Disney World Textile Services’ safety department. Francesca has a bachelor’s degree in business management, speaks 3 languages and has now been with Textile Services for the past 3 years. While her experience has mainly been in management, teaching/training and mentoring, she has truly found a new passion for the safety industry and has return to school to obtain her masters in Occupational Safety. Outside of her role at Textile Services, she holds a seat on the leadership board of a diversity resource group for Disney cast members called PULSE (People United to Lead, Serve and Excel); she is a troop leader for her daughter’s troop (American Heritage Girls) helping to mold and shape the lives of young Christian girls; and she teaches piano at her local church. Prior to Disney, Francesca has held various positions working for major corporations, but her most fulfilling role was that of a mentor for inner city middle school students working for an initiative called Parramore Kidz Zone through the City of Orlando. On a relaxing day, you will most likely find her playing one of her many instruments, reading, cross-stitching or watching a movie.
