DESCRIPTION:The first MASLM meeting is set for Thursday March 26. We are going to start the day at 8:30AM at Profile Films 1976 Avastar Pkwy NW Grand Rapids, MI 49544. They are plastic manufacturer. Kyle Herman from CGY will be hosting the tour.  Hannah Campbell did the tour last year and said it was so well worth the time to understand how the plastic bags, cart liners and cart covers are manufactured that we use in healthcare laundries and hospitals. I am looking forward to it.\n\nAfter the tour we will drive over to West Michigan Shared Laundry (WMSL) 3003 Walkent Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49544 (about a 10-minute drive) and there will be a presentation on an informative look at the requirements and recommendations for poly products used in the Health Care Laundry industry. Q&A to answer all your soiled linen bag questions”. WMSL has also offered to do a tour of their plant after lunch. It is going to be a great informative day.\n\n\nA few of you have already RSVP me at cchris17@hfhs.org . We want to make sure we have enough food.
