Who Should Take RLLD Certification Exam?
Directors, general managers, or those with experience in middle management of a laundry with an aptitude for higher levels of responsibility are candidates for the RLLD exam.
If you are a manager or supervisor working in middle management, the Certified Laundry and Linen Manager (CLLM) certification exam is likely the best choice for you.
How do I Earn an RLLD?
No specific training is required to sit for the examination. Preparation can be obtained through on-the-job training, attending training programs on industry practice, educational materials, and/or classroom training. ALM's Laundry & Linen College is excellent training for the RLLD examination, but is not required.
The RLLD examination can be taken at an approved testing facility, such as a community college or learning center. The test consists of multiple choice, true/false, matching, and short answer questions. Certification candidates are responsible for any applicable proctoring fees.
