The Certified Laundry and Linen Manager (CLLM) Program is an ideal introductory program to laundry processing and linen management. This is an excellent tool for managerial personnel entering the laundry industry, including textile care sales professionals. Viewed as a comprehensive overview of the issues impacting laundry operations, this program is recognized in the industry as the minimal educational requirement for many government contracts.
Once your CLLM certification is earned, ALM is happy to provide the means to allow you to maintain your certification through webinars, articles, and other instructive tools. Proof of continuing education is required to maintain your CLLM with recertification due every three years.
What does the content cover?
The CLLM Program Manual is evaluated for revision on a three-year cycle. The certification examination is reviewed for revision annually.

If you are a director, general manager, or aspiring to move up within your organization, you should consider the Registered Laundry and Linen Director (RLLD) certification exam.
Fees for the CLLM Certification include the cost of the final exam.
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is a prerequisite for this program.
Please note: Participants have one year from date of purchase to complete the certification exam before eligibility lapses. To obtain certification, enrolled candidates must take a proctored online examination. After successful completion of the examination, participants are required to submit proof of continuing education every three years.
