ALM Governance

ALM is a non-profit membership based association with a strong volunteer leadership. Our bylaws provide for the organizations governance. Bylaw amendments may be submitted by any member of the association and changes are voted on annually at the ALM Annual Conference. To submit your proposed changes for 2013 select the email link below.

Proposed Bylaw Changes

The ALM Bylaws committee has submitted the proposed bylaw changes for consideration at the upcoming annual meeting of the membership scheduled for June 9, 2014. The changes have been published in the ALM Journal – Spring 2012 Issue. To review those proposals select the link below.

ALM members unable to attend the meeting may request a ballot for voting on bylaw changes and Board of Directors Elections by selecting the link below. Ballots will be mailed beginning May 10, 2014 and must be received (not postmarked) at ALM Headquarters by March 28, 2014.
